Wayne has an extensive international career in team management and in particular customer service, hospitality, airline cabin crew management and sales. He has lived in England, France, New Zealand, and Australia and traveled widely in China. As a result he has a deep respect and understanding of cultural differences and the value they bring to businesses in this rapidly changing global environment. Wayne has been working for the last 13 years as a Customer Service Manager for Qantas Airways.

Holding a position on the front line for a major international airline and meeting the challenges of managing staff and customers during periods of global economic change, has offered Wayne an amazing opportunity for professional growth and development. The tools and resources he has developed are invaluable for customer service and team management.

Wayne’s career has given him deep insight into leadership, human behaviour and how to manage and influence change. He understands HOW to communicate with a team effectively, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and forward thinking mindset. In his spare time Wayne also enjoys working with kids and coaching basketball.
